I have had an account there for 3 months so far. Transaction cost = $0.00 for 40 trades / month (max 10 /day). After that $3.50 / trade. Option trades are also $3.50. </P><P>Limitations:</P><P>- Can only trade full ADRs (e.g., SNE).
