Hi from Tampa Bay

I am in the Tampa Bay area and have been investing for 10+ years.

For stock holdings I tend to growth at a reasonable price point of view. As a 1st cut, I want 5 or 10 years of growing EPS (ideally at 15%), current P/E <= historical P/E and a PEG < 1.5. This limited much of my exposure to the dot com bust.

My view of the near future looks for a difficult market (inflation, weak dollar, down with volatility). The majority of my current holdings are sectors that benefit for these troubles, Metals, Oil, International & Ultra Short ETFs. I realize that this may be out of sync with my basic approach, but I am willing to adjust as the market changes. I do hold some domestics and multinationals.

I have been a coach for a homeschool student (Grades 8 - college) based Investment club for the past 9 years. The club follows the NAIC model and has a AARR of 14.5% for the past 9 years.

I've already posted a few times. My name is Andrzej. I am a software developer in the U.S. I have been investing for many years now. I learned server lessons during the dot com days and have come to study value as a strategy and have done fairly well. I look for out of favor stocks that match low P/S, P/B and P/E a good ROE and some potential for further growth. Typically the market overextends itself when valuing a company and I seek to capitalize on it before rational minds return.

I came across this blog seeking ideas for a few stocks. ICLR and EPAX were two that brought this site up in the Google rankings.

Hi y'all.....

I have enjoyed and put to use a lot of the articles and blogs so thanks a lot for that. I have been investing for a year or so now. So yet learning as I go along. I want to start some investments in international markets and economies so look forward to "The World is your playground" forums.

sinnerMan - I am located in CA so really wanted to take you up on the Saturday brunch offers but could not due to a crazy life the last couple of months. Will try to hook up some soon though :)
